Yale Pollack, Esq., the founder of Law Offices of Yale Pollack, P.C., joined RFFL in 2026 to expand the scope by which he can represent his clients based on the various practice areas that RFFL covers with its zealous attorneys. Mr. Pollack earned his law degree magna cum laude from Touro Law Center in 2006 after earning his undergraduate degree from Colgate University in 2001. While in law school, he worked on the law review. Mr. Pollack gained a love for litigation while working for renowned Long Island law firms focused on employment law after earning his law degree.

As an employment law attorney, Mr. Pollack prioritizes his clients’ interests first and foremost. Mr. Pollack knows that for both employers and employees, much may be at stake.
