Victoria Vitale Esq., joined Rosenberg Fortuna Filosa & Laitman LLP as an Associate in 2025. Ms. Vitale concentrates her practice in civil and commercial litigation, representing individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes, including breach of contract, commercial landlord-tenant, and judgment enforcement matters.
Ms. Vitale is involved in all stages of litigation from the commencement of an action through discovery, motion practice, settlement, and post-judgment enforcement. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda of law, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery demands, assisting with and conducting depositions, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and appearing before New York State Courts. She also assists with appellate matters in both the Appellate Division and the Appellate Term.
Prior to joining RFFL, Ms. Vitale worked as a paralegal at the Law Office of Steven Gacovino and interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Vitale earned her Juris Doctor degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2025. While attending Hofstra Law, she served as co-president of the school’s Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) organization. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management at Kean University in 2022.
