ALLISON M. DONOHUE JOINS ROSENBERG FORTUNA & LAITMAN LAW FIRM

David I. Rosenberg, Senior Partner in the New York City and Garden City-based law firm of Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP, announces that Allison M. Donohue of New York, New York, has joined the firm. 

In addition to handing commercial litigation and corporate matters for the firm, Donohue has been assigned responsibility for a defined project involving corporate governance, legal document audits, contracting, employment, and leasing issues for the continuing expansion of a leading online advertising network specializing in audience targeting and optimization solutions.

ABOUT ALLISON M. DONOHUE
Prior to joining Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, Donohue was most recently a litigation associate in the New York City office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. In that position, she handled securities litigation, corporate, intellectual property and insurance law, as well as fulfilling the role of pro bono coordinator for Advocates for Children of New York. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School in May 2007, where she worked as a research assistant to Professor Robert S. Summers, and studied international business law at Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne International Law Study from May through August 2005. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Management from Rice University in Houston, Texas in 2004. Donohue is admitted to practice law in New York State.
