Murray H. Greenspan has practiced law in New York State for over sixty years, and currently serves as Of Counsel to Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP. Mr. Greenspan concentrates his practice in all areas of real estate law, including landlord/tenant matters, as well as in estate planning and estate administration.

Mr. Greenspan has been honored by the Lawyers Committee of the UJA-Federation of New York, and was formerly a multi-term president of the Malverne Jewish Center.
