John A. Fortuna is a partner of Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP. Mr. Fortuna joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 1999 with the formation of Rosenberg & Fortuna, LLP.

In addition to taking a leadership role in the development of Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP and the establishment of the firm’s vision, Mr. Fortuna has an active practice focused in commercial litigation, commercial transactional work in the fields of real estate and corporate law.

In his capacity as corporate counsel, Mr. Fortuna routinely advises clients regarding management and employee practices, and drafts policies, employee handbooks, and employment agreements.

Professional Affiliations
Mr. Fortuna is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association. He serves on a committee of the Board of Trustees of the Long Island Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
