Profile Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Laitman served in the Hofstra Criminal Justice Clinic in 1999, representing indigent criminal defendants under the auspices of the New York State Court of Appeals. In that capacity, he conducted hearings and trials, and drafted and argued motions. While attending law school, Mr. Laitman was a law clerk in 1998 to the Honorable Arthur J. Cooperman of the Supreme Court in Queens County, New York. In addition, he was selected as student editor of the Law & Policy Symposium Journal. Professional Affiliations Admissions
