Profile Prior to joining Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP, Mr. Wladyka was a senior associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City, where he started as a summer associate in 2000. In that position, he handled an array of matters which included commercial, construction and real estate litigation; federal and state antitrust litigation and consumer protection litigation; and trade secret, non-compete and business tort litigations, among other practice areas. Mr. Wladyka’s representations have included pursuing claims on behalf of a professional sports franchise related to construction of its facilities; representing real estate owners and developers in a variety of disputes with local government, boards and associations, and other private individuals and entities; defending clients in actions related to legal and industry requirements for buildings; and counseling sports and entertainment law clients. Mr. Wladyka has also assisted pro bono clients in adoption, Social Security and not-for-profit corporation law. While attending New York University School of Law, Mr. Wladyka served as a Student Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx (NY) County District Attorney’s Office from August 2000-May 2001. In 1999, he served as the Judicial Intern to the Honorable Philip B. Cummis, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County in Newark. Admissions Publications
