Profile Allison M. Donohue is an associate at Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, LLP, having joined the firm in 2010. In addition to handing commercial litigation and corporate matters for the firm, she has been assigned responsibility for a defined project involving corporate governance, legal document audits, contracting, employment, and leasing issues for the continuing expansion of a leading online advertising network specializing in audience targeting and optimization solutions. Prior to joining Rosenberg Fortuna & Laitman, Ms. Donohue was most recently a litigation associate in the New York City office of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. In that position, she handled securities litigation, corporate, intellectual property and insurance law, as well as fulfilling the role of pro bono coordinator for Advocates for Children of New York. While attending law school, Ms. Donohue was a summer associate at the firm of Howrey LLP in East Palo Alto, California from May through August 2006, participating in patent litigations and providing pro bono assistance to a local family injured in a fraudulent mortgage scheme, among other assignments. From May through August 2005, she studied international business law at Université Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne International Law Study.
